We are excited to announce an opening for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in our lab! Dr. Deepak Kaushik, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, is seeking a highly motivated postdoc to join a CIHR-funded project exploring the immunometabolic pathways of macrophages and microglia in multiple sclerosis (MS).
Our lab focuses on cutting-edge research at the intersection of immunology, neuroinflammation, and metabolism, working to unravel the mechanisms driving chronic neurodegeneration.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow who has:
✔ Experience with animal disease models
✔ Proficiency in single-cell and spatial RNA sequencing
✔ A strong understanding of the CNS immune landscape
✔ At least one first-author and one co-author publication from their PhD work
✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills
Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or have the necessary permits to work in Canada.
